We like to keep track of how we are helping our community.

If your organisation received funding from Cronulla RSL through the ClubGRANTS scheme, you are required to provide a report, detailing how the funds were applied before the 31st July each year. How you report, depends on how much support you received.

0-$500

If funds were donated to you, please send through a receipt showing the purchase.

For in-kind funding valued at less than $500 (such as free use of club meeting rooms), a letter of acknowledgement from the benefiting organisation or individual is required.

$500-$7,500

Please provide us with a written report (or progress report, if the funds have not been spent).

$7,500 +

Your organisation must complete a statutory declaration, detailing the application of the funds at the end of the project. Where a project has not been completed within a tax year, a statutory declaration providing a progress report must be obtained by 31 August of the current year.

Notes:

• Where a previously funded project has not been completed within the current tax year, a progress report must be provided.
