Parking

Car parking is available for Members and visitors when utilising the club facilities. Entry to the main car park is located opposite the Club’s entrance on Gerrale Street. The parking fee charged on entry to the car park may be paid with a credit or debit card. Make your way to reception and a voucher will be issued for the same amount to be spent on purchases in the Club.

Car parking is open in line with Club trading hours (from 10am daily excluding public holidays) and will be locked one hour after club trading ceases.

The car parks are for the convenience of Club patrons only whilst enjoying the clubs facilities. Members cannot leave their vehicles in the car park and leave the Club premises at any time.


Train

Cronulla Train Station is less than a 200m flat walk from Cronulla RSL. Make your way to Cronulla Train Station using the Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line. Once departing from the train at Cronulla Station, head down Laycock Avenue (the street running along the right hand side of Monro Park) for approximately 100m until you approach the roundabout. The club is located to the right hand side of the roundabout.

Other Public Transport

Veolia Transport operates a number of public bus routes that pass through Cronulla. The main bus stop is located at Cronulla Train Station, approximately 200m walk from the club.

Cronulla RSL Coutesy Bus

Cronulla RSL provides a Courtesy Bus service to and from the Club within a five kilometre radius – available exclusively to Club members for as little as $2 – $5pp per trip. Bookings for pickups are essential, please call Reception (02) 9523 6833 to organise your trip. If you wish to catch the courtesy bus home, the bus departs from reception on the hour. Simply ensure you are present in the clubs foyer in time for departure.

  • Monday 7pm - 10pm

  • Tuesday 7pm - 10pm

  • Wednesday 4:30pm - 11pm

  • Thursday 4:30pm - 11pm

  • Friday 4:30pm - 12am

  • Saturday 5pm - 12am

  • Sunday 4pm- 10pm

As per National child restraint laws, children aged 7 and under are not permitted to travel in the Courtesy Bus. The driver has the right to refuse entry to the bus of anyone displaying intoxication or anti-social behaviour. A suburb by suburb route is used to determine the sequence of drop-offs – the route at the discretion of the driver.


Taxi

St George Cabs is the operator of taxi cabs in the Sutherland Shire. Bookings can be made via 13 21 66 or online at stgeorgecabs.com.au


Ferry

Cronulla Ferries operates a regular ferry service between Cronulla and Bundeena 7 days a week. We are located approx. 400m on foot from the ferry wharf.

Visitors

Visitors who live within a five kilometre radius of Cronulla RSL Club must become a member on entry.


Disability Access at Cronulla RSL

At Cronulla Memorial RSL we are committed to supporting the disabled.  Everyone is welcome at the Club.
Outlined below are details of access to our venue.

Street Level Access

Wheelchair and motorised scooters access is available directly from Gerrale Street at street level.

Access to the Sunroom

There are 7 steps from street level into the Sunroom.  For visitors who are unable to walk up or down the steps, there is a lift in the building which can be used to access the club with the assistance of a member of staff.

There are no ramps inside the venue.

The toilets at Cronulla RSL are wheelchair accessible, and can be accessed by the lift, please ask a member of staff if you require assistance.

Please contact us in advance of your visit so we can arrange for a member of staff to be available to assist you if necessary.

Access to the Deck Bar

There are 10 steps from the Sunroom to the Deck Bar.  For visitors who are unable to walk up or down the steps, there is no wheelchair access to this bar.

Car parking Access

There are 6 steps from the car parking area up into Level 2 and 18 steps down to Level 1.  There is no direct lift access to the Club via the Carpark.

Courtesy Bus

There is no wheelchair access to the Club via our Courtesy bus. Disabled people who can manage 3 steps with assistance can be accommodated on the bus with the wheelchair stowed in the luggage hold.  Disabled people who use guide, hearing and other assistance dogs are welcome at Cronulla RSL.

Please contact us if you would like to book the courtesy bus and we can also book an extra seat to allow space for the dog.
